We can drive or fly to your location for your convenience keeping you from paying unnecessary hangar storage fees or traveling with a problematic aircraft.
Current Travel rate is $6/mile in a straight line direction from KCKV Outlaw Airfield.
We will Fly or Drive to your potential purchase and inspect it for you. When completed, we can provide a detailed report to use in price negotiations, or additional maintenance to be completed prior to purchasing.
A good pre-purchase inspection will tell you exactly what you are getting into and may give you leverage in negotiating a better price. A proper Pre-purchase inspection is the only way to ensure the airworthiness of an aircraft and to ensure that there are not not any underlying maintenance issues.
Pre-purchase Inspection Prices are 80% of the Annual Inspection Fee. If you purchase the aircraft within 5 days of the completed Pre-purchase Inspection, we will finish the inspection off as an Annual for the remaining 20% of the Annual Inspection fee, plus parts and airworthy items.
Our prices are based on the hours it actually takes to perform an inspection on the aircraft.
Using the Latest ACES Propeller Balancer, we can ensure your aircraft vibrations are well below the standard to help save avionics equipment wear or future maintenance issues.
Balancing the propulsion assembly can provide substantial reductions in transmitted vibration and noise to the cabin and also reduces excessive damage to other aircraft and engine components.
We can assist in STC installs and FAA-337 Paperwork for your aircraft modification.

We offer Competitive Flat Rate Inspection cost for your Certified Aircraft
Some owners are mechanically savvy and would like to be involved during the annual inspection, however they don’t have the A&P or IA certificate to be able to sign off their aircraft for compliance. For this situation, we do welcome owners to be part of their annual inspection as this might be the cheaper option for frugal owners. This cost savings along with being present during inspect to discuss the history of the aircraft, really helps to decide what would be the better course of action when a fault or discrepancy is found.
However, any “Safety of Flight” situation(s) found, will have to be facilitated and resolved, IAW FAA requirements and will be not be negotiable.
Standard assisted maintenance & inspection rate is $60/Hr. All parts or service items required for annual will have to be purchased prior to or during the inspection period. Failure to replace or service required parts/items will delay the aircraft for return to service.
